Models and query languages for changes in LOD - Tool¶
Within the framework of Working Package 3 the system "DIANA in RDF" has been developed and it is available at http://snf-494989.vm.okeanos.grnet.gr:8080/DIANA_RDF/. "DIANA in RDF" transforms the relational database DIANA for microRNAs, whose schema can been seen in Figure 1, into the RDF framework. The transformation is achieved with the use of the D2R server, whose architecture can been see in Figure 2.
